Building Homes, Shaping Futures

A Legacy of CTE Excellence

Founded in 1975, the Lynnwood Rotary House Project, a 50-year partnership with Edmonds School District’s construction program, delivers high-demand Career & Technical Education (CTE). With secondary education costs soaring and a national tradesmen shortage, our program empowers students for lucrative construction careers, from architects to city code inspectors.

Building Homes, Addressing Needs

Spirit Village Tiny Houses 2

The program constructs residential homes in south Snohomish County, with the next project—a duplex in a low-income Lynnwood neighborhood—tackling the housing shortage.

For a decade, we’ve also built two Tiny Homes annually, donated to the Low Income Housing Institute for Seattle’s homeless villages, blending education with social impact.

Preserving a Legacy

In 2025, I rescued the $1.2M program after the sudden death of the House Project Director, by securing a $20,000 grant to rebuilding trust with ESD via my deep relationship with the school district. Appointing a reputiable Rotarian as chair ensured continuity, sustaining CTE for future tradesmen.
