Hi, I'm Casey Auvé, a Project & Operations Manager with 20+ years of experience leading high-impact initiatives, optimizing workflows, and driving organizational growth. With a background spanning technology, publishing, and nonprofit sectors, I specialize in strategic planning, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
I have successfully managed complex, multimillion-dollar projects, including revitalizing the Lynnwood Rotary House Project, securing $1.2M to ensure its sustainability. As a co-founder of the Nourishing Network, I helped scale the program from $317K to $1.47M annually, addressing food insecurity for students. Additionally, I expanded the Foundation for Edmonds School District's Scholarship Alliance, increasing managed funds from $40K to $283K annually through governance improvements and operational restructuring.
